We do not always agree with or endorse every comment that individuals post on our pages. 

We reserve the right to vary, suspend or terminate any of our social media accounts – including comments, and messages – at any time. 

We know that social media operates around the clock; however, we only have the capacity to operate Monday to Friday during normal working hours. Messages, or inappropriate comments may not be seen right away but we will manage them as soon as possible.  

Medical enquiries 

We can't answer health questions through this website, or social media. 

If you have a personal medical question, it's best to call our Menopause Wellbeing Contact Centre during opening hours: 8am-6pm Monday to Friday, and 9am-1pm Saturday. 

Inappropriate content 

We will delete any content – including posts, comments and images – and not respond to a message, if it contains any of the following: 

  • Language or content that is harmful, defamatory, racist, sexist or discriminatory, insulting or offensive  
  • Defamation — comments that damage someone's reputation — to a person or people 
  • Name calling and/or personal attacks 
  • Confidential information — including contact details and personal or health information 
  • Comments whose main purpose is to sell a product 
  • Infringements on copyrights 
  • Misinformation, off-topic or irrelevant information, or spam 
  • Content that is illegal, gives instructions for illegal activity or advocates illegal activities 
  • Other content that we deem inappropriate 

All links posted as comments on Menopause Wellbeing posts will be reviewed, and may be deleted. 

A user will be blocked from our social media pages if they repeatedly break these rules. 

Protect your own and others' privacy 

Never post comments containing personal, identifying, or confidential information. This includes personal health information, or other personal information such as client details including address, telephone number, email, passwords, etc.
